Returns are accepted for store credit or product exchange within 14 calendar days. If mailing in a return- it must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date your order is received. 

If your item is a pickup item, the 14 day period starts once your item is in the pickup box and you have been notified.

Store credit will only be valid for six months from the date that the credit was issued.

All sale items are final sale and are not returnable/exchangeable.  

We have the right to refuse any return if the items have any signs of the following: wash, wear, stains (including makeup), alterations, misuse or damage. 

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be fully processed and credited.
